Last summer, the national 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline number was launched to replace the cumbersome ten digit number. Those working to end suicide hope the simplified number will encourage more people to reach out, but a recent study shows that fewer than half Americans know about it. Mike and Jason head into the San Juan Mountains backcountry in Southwest Colorado to take on the Million Dollar Ski Traverse. Named after Colorado's million dollar highway 550, this mission consists of 25 miles of skiing with over 10,000 feet of elevation gain across the beautiful yet dangerous mountain terrain. This challenge will be especially difficult with avalanche dangers, extreme weather, and tough navigation.

Mike and Jason head to Nevada to explore the trails and mountains around the beautiful Lake Tahoe. They plan to ride a 125-mile loop around the lake while reliving memories of past missions in the area. Going earlier in the season means brutal high winds, cool temperatures, and snow on this challenge—find out how they handle some gnarly hike and bike situations.
