After biding their time in smaller terrain, their patience is rewarded with some big lines, good snow, and sore bodies.
In episode 1 of On Scene, Wiley and the crew head to Utah, where they received over 100 inches of snow in the first two weeks of snow in January. What they found was what some call “hero snow.”
On their way back to Montana, Wiley joins up with Ben Smith to ski a line he scouted while looking for Elk in November. The snow was less than optimal, but the adventure was worth it nonetheless.
